We are committed to protecting original creative works, whether they are articles, photographs, or design concepts. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material harms creators and our community.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on saneamentomunicipal.com without authorization, you may send us a DMCA takedown notice. Please submit your notice to our designated agent via email. Provide all required information for a valid claim.

Your DMCA notice must include the following specific elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We review all notices and aim to respond within two business days. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This allows you to challenge the removal. We will then provide the original complainant with your counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which saneamentomunicipal.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Minimalist Municipals reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts that have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices.
